My Vision for the Future
I have a vision for the future. It’s the perfect future for all striving musicians. Instead of having to struggle so much in our journey, I want to create a site that helps. Rather than having one site for digital piano reviews and another for other instruments, I want to create a place where all musicians can gather for all their information.
One of the hardest stages in the life of a musician is the beginning stage. It’s when you tell your parents that you want to become a pianist, guitarist, singer, or whatever. They refuse to help you so you are on your own. When they do decide to help you, you still don’t know much about the profession. You don’t know how to get started.
That’s what I want to fix. I want to help all kids understand what to do and how to do it. I want them to find that perfect digital piano if they want to become a pianist. I want them to learn how to play the piano accurately. I want them to grow up being passionate about their dreams rather than going through boring sessions that are supposedly “helping” them.
My vision for the future is to help the world of music. I hope I succeed and I hope you will support me as well.
Zombie Apocalypse Show
I had not known until recently that the show I loved called the walking dead is actually based on the walking dead comic that had been around for a while before. I personally enjoy the show just because it is a new idea that not many people had done before except in movies and had never been tried before on a show. The show is based around the zombie apocalypse that happens in the Atlanta area and is assumed to spread just about all over the world. Right now the show is in its second season and is following the track of the main character whose name is Rick who is a sheriff in a small town right outside of Atlanta Georgia. Rick meets up with a group of people and they make their way through the abandoned city streets. Their whole purpose in life is become to survive and escape the zombie hordes.
Thin Lizzy – Live & Dangerous (2-LP)
Thin lizzy is one of the most famous rock bands of the 1970′s and 1980′s and it released the album ‘live and dangerous’ in 1978. The recording of this album took place in three different locations, in London, Philadelphia and in Toronto all in 1970. This band originated from Ireland, where their greatest fans were, although by this time their music had global recognition. Phil Lynott was the leader of the band, with Tony Visconti being the producer. They retained Tony Visconti because of the great success of their preceding album ‘Bad reputation’ that he also produced. It was a complicated move since Tony had a very busy schedule and therefore, they decided to compile a live album with him, where they spent two weeks compiling the album together.
Although this album was sold as a live album, there were many overdubs performed in the studio, since Visconti claimed that 75% of the music was recorded in the studio. Regardless of the percentage of live and studio-recorded content, the album was a huge success, since it was different from what the fans were used to. Visconti did most of the overdubs and mixing in England, at the London Good earth studios.
In order to cater for the needs of modern day hard rock lovers, this album ‘live and dangerous’ was released afresh in 1996 on CD. The title of the DVD is Live and dangerous, which was released a year after the CD. The person watching the DVD will be greeted with original scenes from the concert that the band performed at Finsbury Park on 29 March 1978 at the ‘rainbow Theatre’ in London. Other performances in the video include a farewell tour they had in 1983 on 26 January as well as four performances they did in the 1970′s.
The reissued version of this album in 2009, although going by the name ‘still dangerous’ where all the tracks are recorded live. There are no live overdubs here and some of the videos on the album are the same as those in the 1996 ‘live and dangerous’ compilation. Thin Lizzy put in a lot of good work in the album, since it was declared the best live album in February 2010 in the international PlanetRock.com’s rankings in their top 40 Albums countdown. This makes this album to become worthy of the title of best live LP albums of all times.
